Important Information
Please be aware these are not regular outings these are for the purpose of excursions during vacation care. Please select carefully as we require 2 weeks notice to cancel bookings as per our policy. . If cancellation is not made prior to the two weeks usual charges apply.  There is a $5.00 cancellation fee for bookings cancelled outside of the two week period.To ensure your bookings are correct please view these vacation care bookings in your Xplor app prior to attendance. If bookings are made through Xplor, please ensure a permission slip is signed. Please ensure if you are booking your child in on an excursion day you are signing the permission slip below. BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL-We cannot accept walk in bookings on the day (due to compliance). Fell free to call ahead on in house days if we have spots available.
